Produced from pink-fleshed grapes, using cold fermentation according to the traditional rosé method. The colour has tones ranging from bright red to subtle pink.On the nose, it has a full aroma enriched with notes of wild berries. On the palate, it is refined and long lasting, contrasting a fresh acidity with a satisfying smoothness and an aftertaste with nuances of tropical fruits.Having the finesse of a white but the structure more evident in reds, it goes well with delicate dishes, whether they are fish or meat. Serve chilled.
