Our rows of Sauvignon Blanc vines are closely planted high on Cabanon’s slopes. Their output is limited, but the quality is excellent. Everything about this wine is typical of Sauvignon Blanc. The light yellow colour. The well-developed bouquet. And ultimately, all the distinctive pleasure of the vivid, full-bodied flavour. A big wine to enjoy with all traditional white wine dishes as well as with mature cheeses.
