Pinot Grigio

Originating in Burgundy, the Pinot Grigio vine yields limited crops of small, tightly compacted bunches of oval grapes with a distinctive colour. On the upper slopes of Cabanon, with plenty of ventilation and the chalky-clay soil, we can cultivate it intensively. Light gold, with a smooth, clean, dry taste, this wine has an intensely fresh, floral aroma. It is an ideal aperitif, but is equally enjoyable with hors d’oeuvres and white meats. Serve chilled, 8-10C. |
