A sweet, sparkling rosé produced by the cold maceration process from pink-fleshed grapes harvested at full maturity. It matures in the cask until springtime. Then the long, natural secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle. Here, the wine develops aromatic characteristics of intense freshness with strong hints of red roses and tropical fruits, underscored with a satisfying candied fruit bouquet. The taste’s sweetness is fragrant and balanced, invigorated by a fine, creamy foam. With its diverse sensual facets and lingering aftertaste, this is a wine that is never dull. Recommended with desserts, serve well chilled.
