A wine produced with the typical grape variety of Sauternes. By harvesting the Sauvignon, Semillon and Muscatel grapes when they are well ripened, and allowing them to wither, we create a sweet wine that is rich in quality. After at least three years in small oak barrels, it must rest in the bottle until it is released. The deep golden colour illustrates the balanced taste. The nose is light and grassy. On the palate, an intense, aromatic fruitiness characterises the full and lingering flavour. Serve at 10C. With dessert, foie gras and full-flavoured cheeses.
