Brut
With its pale straw colour and vivid golden highlights, this is a natural spumante produced with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. We wait until the grapes are at their ripest before harvesting them, which means there is no need for extra sugar, lees or other additives. Over a long secondary fermentation in the bottle, everything is kept in its entirety, allowing the natural lees to heighten the wine’s character. Just as Dom Perignon must have tasted the first bottle of champagne, Dom Cabanon offers the experience of enjoying vino spumante at its most authentic. |
