Produced from low-yielding Pinot Noir vines that are true to their Burgundy heritage. They grow high on the hillside in chalky-clay soil. Crimson in colour, the wine has an abundant, lingering fragrance of wild fruit. And because it is not matured in wood, it brings all the complexity of the grape to the fore. Smooth, balanced and full of pleasure, it goes well with all pasta dishes and meats. However, there are also aficionados who like to enjoy it with fish.
