A riserva produced from 100% Syrah grapes at a vineyard that we call I Gerbidi. There, the soil is thin and stony, ideal for bringing out the vine’s best qualities. The wine is bottled in the September that follows the harvest. After a further gentle refinement, it is ready for drinking. With its concentrated tannins producing a rich, dark colour, it has intense aromas and flavours which produce an unforgettable bouquet. It displays all the fragrance and exuberance of youth. However, it also ages well. Served at room temperature, it is excellent with pasta, meats and cheeses.
