Barbera OP DOC Riserva This Barbera can only be produced in an exceptional year. It comes from Cabanon’s oldest and lowest-yielding vine which, in perfect conditions, produces a few small bunches of the richest grapes. A year in new casks followed by a long period in oak barrels shapes a wine which is soft and full-bodied. The taste is big, fresh and well proportioned, while the bouquet is well developed and lingering. Served at room temperature, it is well matched with pasta and red meats.
