VDT Rosso A complex blend of red grapes, this is a wine to be enjoyed in its prime. Having undergone a gentle initial fermentation, it is bottled in the March after the harvest. Gradually, a natural secondary fermentation takes place, bringing out a distinctive freshness and character. Deep ruby in colour, the wine has a nose which is rich in nuances of flowers and fruit salad. The taste is clean and smooth with a sharpness that hints of apples and fresh fruit. A distinguished accompaniment to all everyday meals. Serve at room temperature or lightly chilled.
