O.P. DOC Produced with Bonarda and Uva Rara variety grapes, which have matured to a sweetness of at least 200 grams of sugar per litre of must. The wine is bottled young, then undergoes a slight secondary fermentation which gives its gentle sparkle. With the deep ruby colour and pronounced aroma, it is a smooth, full-bodied red that ages well. A natural partner for entrées, red meats and cheeses. Serve at room temperature.
