Our own distillery

At Cabanon, we have our own distillery where we make six kinds of Grappa. True to our organic principles, everything is kept pure. Because the distillery is just alongside the vineyard, the grapes are distilled within five days of being harvested. This enables us to create a noble spirit which is, literally, a distillation of the grape variety that it is made from. Each of our grappas has its own intense fragrance and clean, warm and lasting taste. With alcohol contents ranging from 40% to 76%, they all promise new pleasures to the connoisseur.



Le Grappe

"la Nostra Grappa" a 40°
40° a smooth, favorable, sparkling clear grappa, supple in the mouth. It is one of our most popular and easiest to like. It has a smooth and pleasant aroma, smooth and pleasant to taste, with a clean finish.





Grappa Aura
42° proof alcohol, obtained by distilling the marc of highly fragrant, partially fermented white sauvignon grapes.





Grappuva, Spirit
40° proof alcohol, obtained by distilling the marc of soft, fully fermented FRAGOLINO grapes. Flavorful, beautiful aroma of grapes, soft and not harsh with a delicate taste.





Grappa "51"
51° proof alcohol, obtained by distilling the marc of fully fermented dry red grapes. A robust grappa, It is sound, and nicely knit with a clean finish.





Distillato di Pera Williams a 40 Gradi
40° proof alcohol obtained by distilling the Marc of fully fermented pears. This is incredibly good and flavorful. It is perfectly delicate within the style as the delicate and fruity aroma of a fine Pear Williams.





Mater 76°
76° proof alcohol, obtained by distilling the Marc of fully fermented dry red grapes from a late harvest. A much more robust grappa, with a surprisingly clean finish to satisfy the experts that are in search of fulfilling sensations.
